The world of music and theatre is in constant change.
Especially the last years have brought revolutions in many of its fields.
Therefore the demands of artists to their management have also become
different. It is less the traditional „booking agent“ that is now needed,
but people with a lot of experience and all-embracing possibilities
in support.
For some artists, especially conductors and directors, our offer of Personal
Management is the answer to those questions. Beyond finding engagements,
negotiating contracts and logistic assistance, we propose career consulting,
direction and support in the complex world of new media and communication.
Personal Management means to work for a small group of selected artists
in a close and confidential relationship. We see ourselves as professional
partners of our artists, and are always there to consult and assist them,
as an office and as an additional eye and ear in the realisation of their
creative work.
Beyond that many artists, especially, but not exclusively singers, prefer
a non-exclusive representation. Wherever this also seems appropriate to
us, we work as their agents in those cases.
Our deep knowledge and experience with cultural institutions and promoters
make it possible for us to propose an extensive range of services to artists.
We are an integrated part of the networks of the opera and concert world
and the presenters see us as partners.
PROSCENIUM offers a holistic approach towards artists services, like
in former times the „impresario“ would do, but adapted to the needs of the
21st century.
